Another one I like is Jennifer Kyrnin over at about.com http://webdesign.about.com/b/

She covers a lot of stuff from very basic to high level (because she teaches their courses), but it keeps your memory fresh for some of those tricks you tend to forget. She provides some nice links and she also gives some good Dreamweaver tips and an occasional dip into some fixes for those dotNet IE hassles. Easy reading with a few short articles per day.
